Our unique computer system together with the customer-based barcode tracking process controls all recorded information relating to the original receipt, retrieval, restore and eventual destruction of your records, documents and data.
WiseOnline
WiseOnline
is our uniquely designed online access tool. Once you’ve
registered, your’re provided with an online access username
and password, where you can access all items that you have stored at
our facilities. From here you can view the status, request an item,
order new supplies and extra services, request a pick-up and access
reports from our Client Management interface.
For
your convenience we have added a Client Description section. This
enables you to include in as much detail as you would like on the
contents of each individual box. To enable fast and easy look-ups,
you’re able to use our WiseSearch function.
To satisfy our strict quality assurance procedures all requests for retrieval and restore of records must be received in writing either via e-mail or fax. Clients also have direct online access to place their requests.
Same day: All requests received by 12 noon will be delivered by 5pm.
Next day: All requests received up to 5pm will be delivered by 12 noon the following day.
Urgent: We will comply with the clients urgent time requirement.
